The White Cleaver is characterized by its shortened blade design, which allows for
greater weight towards its end, generating an ideal balance for chopping and
butchering, and greater control and agility for mincing vegetables, meat, chicken,
etc. Its characteristic blade width provides the user with great comfort and better
distance from the working area.
Here we present two versions: a tempered high carbon steel model, made for
high resistance, and another one made of tempered stainless steel, ideal for
using in the home kitchen, as well as professionally.
